A judge, yes JUDGE is suing a dry cleaners for $54 million for allegedly losing his pants. Yes, allegedly. They may not have even lost his pants.

Two years ago, the dry cleaners (run by Korean immigrants) said they lost the pants. A few days later, they claimed they found them. He said they were cheap knockoffs and demanded $1150 for a new suit.

Now, he demands $54 million by abusing consumer protection laws. The crux of the claim is that they owe $18k for every day over four years that their sign said “same day service” and “satisfaction guaranteed.”

This guy is a JUDGE. He makes decisions on cases. He should be removed immediately. Instead, he still presides over cases, while attempting to ruin a poor immigrant family’s life. Apparently, he recently went through a costly divorce and is now trying to extort money from a hard-working immigrant family. This country really needs tort reform.

I’m not one to normally blog about Paris Hilton, but this is just too funny. After being released from jail to serve house arrest due to a mysterious medical ailment, Paris was ordered back to jail by a judge. She apparently screamed and cried in the courtroom. What a sissy. I went to Gamespot today and overheard one of the salespeople talking about the margins they make on the video games. Apparently, they make much more on the used games than the new games.
